 My cousin George is convinced that dogs can talk, and that his ancient and street wise mongrel, Angie, has her own ways of communicating with him. That’s why I am a little less inclined than others to disagree than others when George may be talking to Angie about a particular subject or issue. I have learned that a smart dog is capable of passing some pretty complex messages to their owners, if not by words, then by actions.
