I do not own a set of weights nor do I have the space in my apartment to keep weights.  As part of my workout routine I would like to incorporate strength training without weights as a means of toning up and firming my body.  For me that will mean incorporating some resistance exercises into my daily workout routine.  Things like push ups, sit ups, and the like.  Sometimes your own body weight can provide some excellent weight training.  It is all about using proper form and developing a workout routine that offers you enough reps and resistance to help shape your body.
