Retrieval

There are great tools in different word processing programs that allow you to file and allow you to search for documents that have been created on your computer. In the document management system we are currently using we have set up templates for every blank document that once the document gets saved, it automatically gets a file name stamped on the document itself. The customer never needs to know where the files are kept but the extra touch of organization in your document will help impress them and know they can count on you to retrieve particular information at any given time.
